Who we are
We are a family-owned real estate company that has been buying all kinds of houses, villas, townhouses, and apartments since 2007. We have worked with sellers from all walks of life as well as banks and other institutions. Our eldest son, Samuel, is an experienced, qualified Building Contractor and our youngest son, Dylan, does just about everything! Both Samuel and myself are Real Estate Brokers in the state of Florida. As licensed professionals with our licenses to protect, we must be ethical, proper, fair, and honest. However, we are all of those things regardless. You will love working with my family!
Shirley Wise
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, but quickly moved into real estate as I saw the opportunity to do the two things I'm passionate about - helping people and houses! Since 2004 I have been working as a Realtor and then in 2006 I became a Real Estate Broker. During the years of 2007-2013 I specialised in short sales and foreclosures, negotiating with banks, purchasing properties, and re sales. I have helped dozens of families and individuals with the sale and purchase of their most precious asset and have learned that you always have to be fair, ethical, compassionate and efficient. Even in this competitive market, the important skills are to be competitive yet emphatic, and to go over, beyond and above everyone else.
Samuel Wise
Sam obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University majoring in Business Administration and Finance. He's a finance wiz, but instead of going off to Wall St., since he loves working with his hands and with people, he became a Building Contractor. He is a genius at everything he does! Most importantly though, he learned the importance of working hard and as a family unit, being the best at what you do, caring for others, and being a person of integrity.
Dylan Wise
Dylan has been working in the family business since he was 15. He has gained and is still gaining experience in all aspects of construction and landscaping. Most importantly, Dylan is a responsible, hard working, polite, young man who takes his work very seriously. Dylan will do anything and everything that is required in order for the family business to grow and prosper.
Trinity Hutchinson
Trinity is our assistant and office manager and we could not live without her! She came from a retail background so she knows it's all about customer service and satisfaction. Don't be fooled by her sweet personality, she keeps us all in check! :-) If there are any questions, issues or concerns, Trinity makes sure it all happens.
