HOW DO WE ARRIVE AT THE PRICE?
When you first call me, I will look up the property on the county public records, just to get an idea of location and size.
Then you can fill me in on the condition of the property. Whether it needs work or not, it does not matter to me. I'd just like to have an idea.
We will discuss over the phone what has closed in the area lately and for how much. I will print out the information and bring it over to you.
Once we have seen how much other properties in your area have gone for and I've had a look at your property, I can tell you right there and then how much I'll offer.
